What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better. - The majority of the time it will be used for gaming and browsing the interwebs. Very standard stuff.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings) - I'm looking to get at least 1080p with the majority of my use with 60 fps and high to ultra high game settings.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)? - Looking to spend at most 2,000 dollars, however, going 100 over or so is okay.

In what country are you purchasing your parts? - I am purchasing my parts in the USA.

I understand that we are supposed to post a build on here to give a kinda basic start but my PC knowledge is laughable at best. I'm sure it's still frowned upon to ask for builds to be handed out but I figured I'd ask anyways. I appreciate any help you guys can give.
