Decide to finally get a Graphics Card for my PC. my current build was made for me by one of my Dad's acquaintances, sadly I wasn't able to follow up on a Graphics Card for it. My current processor is an Intel HD i5-4460 (4 CPUS @ 3.2Ghz) w/ 4GBs of RAM (Yeah, thinking of getting more). I'm currently on Windows 7 32 Bit OS My motherboard, is an ASUS H81M-D.

Someone suggested on getting a NVidia GeForce GTX 750 TI because while being decent enough for modern gaming, it's still sorta not that power reliant.

Now, will this build work? Should I consider switching to Windows 7 64bit anytime soon? If you're from the Philippines, where exactly do you buy your parts? I've seen a few online sites but nothing with that specific card, the only one I've seen which I assume to be somewhat close is this "Asus GTX 750 Ti Strix OC 2GB 128Bit DDR5" will this work as well?
