[Build Help] TN 144Hz or IPS monitor?

I need help deciding what monitor to get. I have heard how amazing colors are on IPS and how smooth TN 144Hz is. My GPU is only GTX760 but that will change in not so far future.
I play lot of games from all genres and watch decent amount of movies. No color sensitive work or editing. My main choice at the moment is Asus VG248QE TN 24".
Edit1: Viewing angles don't concern me.
