Hello this is my first time building a PC and I need some help with putting one together. I’ve made some post but I just feel I might be over killing so maybe someone can help me out. I’m looking for a constant(if not close as possible) 280hz 1080P streaming pc

I’m gaming at 1080p 280hz mostly play competitive gaming (cod,Val,RL,CSGO) so I’m gonna need the most FPS I possibly can at all times

I would like to play on high settings too.(I never use Ray tracing so AMD is fine to recommend)

My budget is $2000 if I can get it cheaper that’s even better

I’m just looking for the best bang for buck so looks not to important
