I am so done with mine. They keep denying my claims I made in 2018 and I have to keep repaying them. So basically I'm paying the bill twice. I didn't have any issues with my last employer who used the same company my current employer uses. Now it's literally every expense is denied practically. It's so frustrating and just makes me feel defeated that I literally just want to not look at it. I'm trying to pay back debts and specifically signed up for the fsa to pay the medical bills so to have them keep denying me is just soul crushing. I can't even use the money that's in the account now because I don't have anymore receipts from 2018 to claim. I dint want to be the responsible one anymore. I'm done being an adult. I'm just so over all of this.
