Ladies, I need you to help me write this email before I go total bitch mode on this lady at work. So we have a new moms room here at the office that locks and is a pretty sweet set up. When I came back to work, there were 3 women total using the room, including myself. We had our pumps scheduled out and for the most part followed them. Now its down to me and 1 other lady who use it. She's scheduled 9-9:30, 12-12:30, & 3-3:30. I'm scheduled 9:35-10:05, 12:35-1:05, & 3:35-4:05. Lately, she's only been pumping once or twice a day but I'm still going 3 times. I'm having supply issues and have to pump at the minimum 3 hrs between during the day. I'm also a punctual person who hates being late or thrown off schedule. This bitch. I swear to God, keeps fucking with my times. It's never the morning pump, it's always the lunch and afternoon pump. I get an hour for lunch (very lucky for this) but 30 mins is set aside for my pumping time. I started taking lunch later than what was my norm because of how were scheduled. This bitch. I took lunch at 12 so I could be down at the room by 12:30. I get there and she's in the fucking room still. Already gut no problem I'll go to the bathroom. So I come back out after that and she's still fucking in there! I huff back up to my desk and sit down to wait. Btw, still on my fucking lunch break. I go down at 12:45. She's not in there. Thank God. We have a log so I look at when she logged in. This bitch. 12:15-12:40! Needless to say, I'm pissed, I'm going to be taking a longer lunch than I want and just frustrated. I was already late this morning pumping because of a meeting. Ugh! This is not the first time this Has happened either. Monday, she came in at 3:20. Fucking 3:20. I had to miss that pump and wait till I got home because I get off at 4:30. And then turns out, didn't get to pump till 5:30 because we lost power when I got home and didn't get It back till then.

So before I blow a gasket on this women, how should I word this email? I'm thinking: "Dear (lady), I would like to see if you want to work out a different pumping schedule due to it just being us two and we dont need to overlap so much." and that's all I got so far.
