Is DCEU 2023 the only time where a franchise had two or more films in one year and all of them flopped?

Post Body
The DCEU release 4 films this year and all four of them flopped. Has this ever been done before? Has there ever been a time where a franchise had more than one film in a year and all of them flopped?
And is it the longest flop streak? From Black Adam to Aquaman 2 it's 5 flops (with no pandemic excuse) in a row

Yes! That's exactly how I feel about all the shows, too. I don't watch them because I'm enjoying them, I'm watching so I don't miss something in the next movie.
Well, I'm not doing that anymore. I just stopped watching.
