Siren lore question-Minor spoiler

Hey guys, quick lore questions:
I believe it’s in BL2 where Jack in one of the tapes you find says that there are only 6 Sirens in the universe. Since BL3 we know who those 6 are(Lilith, Maya, Angel, Amara, and the twins). However I just picked up Maya story wise and she is saying that Ava is going to be one. So question time:
- Are the Sirens powers born to them or given?
- If Ava is going to be one, does Jack mean that there can be 6 sirens in the universe at one time or there are only 6 sirens and no more?
- Are there only these 6 types of siren powers(Fire, Phaselock, Arms, draining, etc) or does it change by the siren if the power are given/inherited?
- If the powers are given, will Ava inherit Angels powers or get ones her own?
If some or all theses answers are given later in the game just let me know.
