PVC ??

Does anyone know where I can buy PVC sheets for a good price ? There seems to be a shortage at the moment? And my home Depot does not sell them so I've had to look online. And also, for a 6'x3'x3' enclosure, would PVC or wood be better in terms of stability and over all sturdiness?
