I was part of the development team on a short-lived miniatures game made by FASA just before they shut down operations called Vor: the Maelstrom.

Iron wind metals, formally known as Ral Partha, still produces many of the miniatures that were released for Vor.

One of their armies is referred to as neo Soviets which is kind of a science-fiction USSR evil empire and they have close combat warriors that carry a sickle in one hand and a hammer in the other. Both of these hands are wrapped in chains and the hand weapons are easy to snip off and if you email them and ask nicely they will sell you just those hands at a very reasonable price. They make amazing hand swaps for blood bowl models.

If you look back at the most recent team I posted which is a chaos dwarf proxy you will see several of these hands in use.
