I've only started playing BO3 over the last couple of months again on PS4 after not touching it since it was the current COD. I've persevered and just got to master prestige (I was 8th prestige when I restarted) but it seems as though every 2nd/3rd game or so has a hacker in it (god mode/having a gun with all attachments all perks/being able to use all specialist abilities/weapons). What I'm wondering is - if you report someone for cheating on BO3 does the game try to matchmake excluding those you've reported? Every time I've come across a hacker I have reported them and I seem to now be able to find way less games than when I first came back.
