I feel like a complete loser.

This is the second time in a month period I’ve sustained a knee injury. The first one was some sort of strain to my meniscus and this one was a hyper extension on the opposite leg. I’ve been training since the very beginning of July and I’ve never had this many relatively consecutive injuries that have taken me off the mat for a week . I’m growing insanely frustrated with my weakness. All the buddies who I started training with are so much more ahead of me because they aren’t getting injured like I am. I love BJJ but I need my knees to work for my job. I’m just really sad right now. Thanks for listening.
