I am at a complete loss. When I was 16 I got depo and it gave me my period for two months. They switched me over to the pill and I was on it for a while until I got a migraine with an aura and they said it put me at an increased chance of stroke so they took me off. I finally got the courage to get the Paragaurd because it was hormone free and lasts practically forever, but my first one expelled completely (found it hanging out in my vagina) and my second one I got last week I can feel in my cervix so I'm going to Planned Parenthood tomorrow to have it checked out and to ask about the arm implant. Anything you would suggest I try as well?
