going on 3 years unmedicated considering trying again
Post Body

So I got diagnosed when I was 16 and I tried different meds for a year(abilify, lamotregine, Zoloft) but it would always get to the point where the meds would spike my manic episodes or I would get to the point that my thoughts felt slow and cluttered. I'm seriously struggling to get my weed intake down especially after getting dumped. But I want to get back on the horse and be better. If anybody could help with what meds worked best for them bc I know lamotregine is made to treat bipolar 1 but any and all help would be appreciated.

Sidenote: I gave up trying to adjust my meds bc my psychiatrist had been switched bc my previous one retired due to COVID so if anybody could recommend a good one in or around Washington that would be awesome
