As we all know, bipolar disorder maintenance requires a lot. Eating healthy, getting enough sleep, sobriety, taking meds on time, etc. Me personally, eating healthy and remaining sober are the hardest parts for me. What about you all?
The clinic forgetting to make appointments for me and running out of my meds. Any clinic issues honestly. But I have trouble trusting private doctors because I think that they are in it for the money sometimes. I only trust the county because I know that itβs regulated more.
