Hi. L I am on day three of a new job where I am a shift manager and I love my job. I just want to keep it. I lost my last job after almost 2 years because I lost my temper and went into Bipolar anger mood at people who are making fun of me and not taking me seriously (bipolar and racism and mental health bullying isn ok) . Now I know this is the difference between culture and tolerance at all these places which are the very different and I really do you like my other place more but I want to stay calm and keep my job. Also I’m starting nursing school in a few months, and I want to be a good incapable nurse who is keeping my bipolar disorder under control and maybe goes in to nurse practitioner in one day as a midwife/Women’s Health Nurse practitioner. And on top of all that to manage my stress better and she fit in my clothes better I would like to go on the bodybuilding. I have no idea what I’m doing. I weigh 255 pounds currently and I know I need to get down to at least 130 before I start doing shows but I just need to start somewhere with food and exercise.
