Looking for career/life advice. I've worked at a successful biotech startup in Boston for the past 4 years. I have been promoted three times and I believe I am decently compensated relative to the market here. I essentially built the team that I'm on and have worked every possible role on this team. I'm extremely unhappy because I feel stagnant and some of the new employees are hostile. I have been pushing my company to move me to another team, but also applying to other companies. To add another complication, I am looking to relocate to either Philadelphia or Chicago, although there aren't as many biotech opportunities. I have experience with tech transfer, project/people management/logistics, some vendor management, some supply chain management, budgeting, writing SOPs, etc.
Between QC/QA/REG/PM which focus is easiest to break into without direct experience and which could I pursue either remotely or on-site in Philadelphia or Chicago?
