How long between light doses of benzos and opiates

For context most I ever have at once is 1mg alprazolam and 100mg tramadol respectively and have a decent tolerance to both. I am very aware of the risks of taking benzos and opiates at same time, but was wondering how long you would have to wait between doses in the same day (I should also mention I am very physically fit so at less risk of health complications than average user).
