hi, so i’m feeling super anxious and had a panic attack and i don’t have any benzos to calm me down except urbanyl 10mg, i’m epileptic and it’s my seizure treatment but since it’s a benzo i was wondering if it can be useful and how many should i take to feel completely calmed ? i already took 2, it calmed me down a bit but it’s still not enough, thanks
btw i have a very strong tolerance to benzos, i took an entire box of xanax 0.25mg and didn’t feel a thing
