Post Body

About 1-2x a week on average I have a panic attack where I genuinely start feeling like I’m having a heart attack. I get confused, amnesic, heart pounding, etc. I have a doctor who will on rare occasions prescribe me benzos when it starts to get to the point where I’m not sleeping for days and contemplating ER visits over anxiety. It takes me probably about 2-3 weeks to go through a 2mg xan. I will absolutely never allow myself to use it over 3 times a week, most I’ve used is twice a week, sometimes if I’m feeling less stressed about full time school and full time work, I won’t take any for a week or two. I’ve never had any sort of severe anxiety rebound or withdrawals. I’ve been doing this routine for a couple months now. I have historically been able to have good self control with substances, but I’m smart enough to realize I’m not immune to addiction. Nicotine has a chokehold on me, and I get sick for a couple days If I stop smoking weed . I just post this because I’m curious if anyone has ever developed a dependency/addiction from 1-2 times a week daily use. I’m actually fucking terrified of benzodiazepines addiction, so I just want to hear others opinions. My tolerance has not really increased that much at all.
