Hello,
I am down to .25 twice a day and I only take it late afternoon and night. I feel like I'm on a good taper, but I know the jump off to 0 is difficult for some, so much that some use the water method.
I was curious about ketamine therapy. I saw there are studies for ketamine treating benzo withdrawal. However, I am very, VERY prone to anxiety when taking new substances, especially when stepping down like this. My whole life and body feels incredibly hollow and I don't really feel like a person. I know this is temporary but I've heard ketamine can help with that. I'm just not sure if low dose ketamine will make me more anxious or put me into a derealization spiral. I've heard great things but lots of people also say good things about thc, which puts me into a terrifying rollercoaster of doom.
Thanks in advance.
