Guys. I have ADHD, anxiety, and depression. You might argue that the anxiety and depression stem from the ADHD.

Either way, one time I went to to psych to get my ADHD meds and then told him I also have been taking Clonazepam for ages. He told me I need to choose between ADHD meds and Clonazepam. At the time I had to choose ADHD as my problem is lack of motivation. However, I was super angry as this guy (who thought he was an expert) was putting my life at risk by cold-turkeying me on a potentially fatal medication. And they tell us to trust doctors!!!??? Now, I'm nervous when I go to the doctor to ask for a med that might save my life while I do an actual f*cking taper 🤦🤷
