So i used to play soccer and i used to be good at it. I miss it so much but it’s been 6 years since I’ve been out there on the field. I’m so nervous about just jumping straight in for pickup games cuz i know I’ll just totally suck at it. So therein lies my question. What workouts should i start with? How long, and how many times a week? I find it hard to commit to working out. The most i do for working out is swimming (i have yet to find a free place to swim so i usually end up paying for it which is expensive after a while) and i absolutely love it! It’s easy on my skin and joints. I say that because running genuinely hurts my joints and skin when i run on concrete. What should i do about that? It’s hard for me to motivate myself when I’m kinda hurting with a light 10min jog. I’d love for any advice at all and thank you so much in advance!
