Bing Rewards: Can't get the confirmation code to send

Tried my personal phone number, Google Voice, and redeeming on a mobile browser, but I keep getting the same error. I think this may be happening because 5 of my accounts got banned about a month ago and they blocked my mobile phone number.
Is it possible for me to be able to do this on a different IP? Anyone have any other tips?
EDIT: Read through all the other posts here and it looks like Bing Rewards shit the fan. RIP
