I love the idea of examining a couple. Maybe its for fertility and breeding purposes. Or maybe it's a regular physical exam. I'd examine each separately and then together.

During each exam, they would need to perform some various exercises for me before finally being asked to try and procreate exactly how the doctor asks.

It's certainly a very deep take on the medical fetish, but one I would love to live out sometime. More interested in a chat than a roleplay. Would love to hear more from you and explain more if you're into my Idea.
