According to this post, Starred Aliens start at 1600% magnification and each of the 5 anti-Starred treasure sets reduce that magnification by 100%. An experiment I did with that assumption seems to contradict data from the Wikia and battlecats-db. It seems most likely to me that the 100% data listed are actually 1100% data.
I did my experiment with General GreGory. His damage at 100% according to both the Wikia and battlecats-db is 6,237. At 1600%, he would deal just under 100,000 damage per hit. When I started this experiment, I had 66% in one treasure and 0% in the others. However, instead of doing over 90,000 damage per hit to my base, he only did 8,697. This happened on Pluto and Neptune, two levels where his magnification is 100% (again, according to the Wikia and battlecats-db). After getting another treasure filled to 66%, his damage was reduced to 8,323, which is a difference of 374. I wasn't sure if the game would calculates the treasure difference as exactly 2/3 or 66%, but after doing the calculations, it seems to be 66% (you'll see why later). Rounded to the nearest whole number, 374 is 66% of 567. This would suggest to me that 567 is General GreGory's damage at 100%. This is consistent with doing 8,697 damage at 1544% magnification, 8,323 damage at 1668% magnification, and 6,237 damage at 1100% magnification, albeit rounding down the first two numbers. So are the 100% stats on the Wikia and battlecats-db actually 1100% stats, is our understanding of how the treasures work wrong, or have I just missed something obvious? If it's the latter, feel free to delete this and just send me a PM with the answer.
