Whole order cancelled — lost two rewards.

I placed a BOPIS order the other day when everything was 20% off and received an email the following day that it was canceled. I talked to an agent on the chat since, as you can see, I used two of my rewards in this order. Apparently they can’t be restored. How is that fair?
