Happy holidays /r/baseball!

The Winter Meetings ended a couple weeks ago now, but the front office of the mod team only just put the finishing touches on our new free agent signings, and we're proud to announce that we've added a whopping seven new moderators to the team!

They are, in no particular order:

/u/Jimothy_riggins, a Royals fan who brings much more than just a famous belly to the team.

/u/thedeejus, an Indians fan who needs little introduction to anyone who frequents the comments section of posts.

/u/Meowingtons-PhD, a Blue Jays fan who is also a doctor, and presumably also a cat.

/u/Mispelling, a Nationals fan whose username aggravates me just as much as /u/Fustrate's does.

/u/cptcliche, an Orioles fan who tries to distance himself from his brother, Cpt. Obvious, every day.

With Spring Training just around the corner (a man can dream, right?) and over 150,000 members strong, we're happy to welcome our new teammates and look forward to a great new year together.

/u/Senor_met, a Mets fan whose big baseball-shaped head won't get in the way of his modding, has also accepted his invitation to be a mod.

/u/poor_merkle, a Giants fan and current Nationals bandwagoner whose username constantly reminds us all of a man's Boner, has also accepted the invitation to become a mod.
