ok, the mbe is 200 questions to be answered in 6 hours. we get a break halfway, so really a test taker must be able to answer 100 questions in 3 hours, right?
right, so if we do more math, each question should not take longer than 1 minute and 48 seconds to answer (if the goal is to finish all 200 questions).
so my question is this: i’m supposed to read an entire property question, comprehend it, read the answers, comprehend them, and choose the correct answer in 1 minute and 48 seconds or less? and humans without super powers can do this???
is the mbe really testing lawyerly knowledge or how quickly people can circle and bubble in answers? is that all i need to know to be a lawyer?
also, i feel like the ncbe is saying fuck you to anyone who asks for accommodations (my basis for this is biased and very personal).
this gatekeeping is wild… what are they hiding on the other side??
