Hey guys I wanted to reach out to people who paint or livery work for Boeing.a question I have is what’s a typical work schedule like for you guys and how difficult is it to get hired on in general ? I’ve been wanting to work for them since I visited their work site in Renton during a career day tour put on by them for my highschool some years ago and was partly responsible for me pursuing a career in aviation because of the paint schemes like the R2-D2 I saw back around 2015.I know how to mix paints, primers, and clears (basic stuff) but I noticed in one of the job ads they mentioned something about fading/gradient (???) paint schemes.I haven’t done anything like that before and would that hurt me if i applied without knowing how to do those styles of painting ?
