Not sure how to word this but.

I buy the same stuff in rotations each week, have done for 10 years but this year the prices on nearly all of it have doubled. I can't seem to be able to handle the change mentally, not only can I not afford it but because of the outrageous increase I just simply won't allow myself to buy the items. This is now becoming an issue as I'm struggling to get enough food but I physically can not buy the stuff because of the huge increases. As an example, say the pizza cost £1.25, it's now £3.50 and my brain just goes no damn way I'm buying that.

Maybe didn't word all this right but maybe someone understands?
