I just started listening to her first album, All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend, and MAN is she amazing. Im a big fan of melodic music that borders the aurora borealis in terms of beauty (see what I did there), and that is a big reason why Im loving her music so much. She has a gift of being able to captivate anyone with just her ears. I think her ability to write beautiful melodies is also very amazing. My favorite songs off of All My Demons Greeting Me as a Friend so far (only halfway through it) are Lucky and Winter Bird. The first half of Through the Eyes of a Child I didn't like much, but the second half was SO AMAZING. Her just singing over that instrumental legit made me levitate. Her music reminds me of The Great Gig in the Sky by Pink Floyd. It has that ability to make you feel like youre floating.
