Bluedio f2 not working

Anyone owned this pair of headphones? Mine has been not working for months. I suspect of loose cable but I cannot open the earcup far enough to check the cble. It first start when I cannot charge the headphone and need to use the cable to listen to songs. now, it just not working. help please
