Luxman M-117 - 2.8 kHz sawtooth on the outputs, from 1.8 kHz input signal

Side of the amp with blown output transistors. I got what I said in the title, up to about 8 volts peak to peak from turning up the function gen output voltage. It looks like crazy distortion and transistors not working, possibly drivers. All the outputs had no shorts. I did check all the transistors on the board out of circuit before I did this for shorts.
