I recently had an odd problem crop up on my TFPrime where the screen was solid white with a thick black bar extending down from the front camera and light sensor. I went through the service support with ASUS, got an RMA, they paid for FedEx shipping back to them, and then repaired my tablet and sent it back. Why is this so amazing to me? Because previously (well before this incident) I'd dropped it and there are some reasonable scratches in the aluminum casing. But they didn't give me any crap about voided warranty or anything, just repaired it and sent it on home (can tell it's mine from the scratches).
