Is freezing RNA at -80C better than freezing at -20C?
Post Body
In my lab, I've been told by many people to to freeze my RNA probes for in situs at -80C instead of -20C because it'll "be more stable" and "last longer". Is this just lab superstition, or is there a good reason for it?
