Is there any agreement in the literature over the definition of the term "artificial general intelligence", specifically what it would mean for a system to be or not be classified as one and whether or not it is useful to think in this way?

There are a lot of more popular treatments of the topic but I'm looking for more rigorous approaches that consider the intersection of computational science and philosophical discourse.
