Why are so many twinks into geriatrics jobs?

This is random as F but as someone that finds twinks to be most attractive throughout my life ive “a lot” of them in geriatric health type jobs & they love it. To me it sounds depressing but they love caring for old folks & thats great but havent really come across as many middle aged gay men in that line of work as much as i have twinks. U really got to have a loving & caring personality for that & ofc lots of patience.
