Compliment terms on Reddit or Grider/Growlr
Post Body

Everyone deserves compliments if they are attractive. I was listening to a morning show and they had a discussion about giving out compliments and this one caller hated to be called cute. He thinks cute equals someone who is 10 and takes offense to receiving it. They were trying to find a term between cute and hot. I had to go to work, so I didn’t hear the end of it.

I rarely use sexy or handsome in my compliments and pretty much use cute. I started analyzing how much I use it and what does it represent. To me, cute is someone who has a young look to them (even if they are older). It is someone who doesn’t have facial hair, or is freshly shaven. That’s my type that I like.

While thinking about this, I wonder if I have offended anyone in saying that I thought they were cute?

What do you think of the terms, or what kind of compliments rock your own boat if someone says them to you?

Curious to know if anyone gets offended to a term.
