Post Body

I'm 22 and never really go out by myself but want to start trying more. I'm someone who overthinks pretty much everything and I've probably built up an idea of going out and meeting people being much more challenging than it is. Regardless, I was wondering if I could get some input on how things usually go. Do you just kind of meet eyes with people and base it off vibes from there? I feel like I'd be overthinking who wants what and who is here just with friends, but I feel like most of those questions get answered just by naturally being there.

I'm definitely overthinking it all but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice to make things easier and/or have been in a similar situation and got over their fears. Thank you! <3
