I used to be very active and into martial arts. I now am 38 have my first child (3 months old) and a very demanding job. I’ve toyed with keto and more recently vshred to limited results. I got off of vshred when my wife got pregnant as she could not stand the smells of my meals. I probably need to lose about 80-100 pounds right now. I’m 6 feet tall and I think about 280 the last time I dared to weigh myself.
My problems currently are lack of direction on these programs meaning no shopping/cooking lists of what to make and alternate. I can sneak a workout in but with a demanding work schedule and a new baby meal prepping time is in short supply. I’m all for paying, but I want something that makes sense, is detailed and yields results. Optimally if I could buy some ready made meals for lunches/dinners and meal prep snacks etc I’m all for that as the dinners and lunches seem to be the most labor intensive. There just seems to be so much conflicting information online about what to do, what programs work or are a total scam and how to really maximize things for yourself to lose the weight you need to. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance
