Sealants wearing off... can I put getting them resealed off or?

Post Body

Hi! I got some sealants done about 6 years ago, and they’re finally wearing off as I can see little holes on the side of the sealants. I currently have no pain on these teeth, and I’ve gotten two xrays in the past month and no cavities were there. If I keep a good dental routine, can I put off getting them re-sealed, or should I just try to get them done as soon as possible? I ask because the dentists that my insurance accepts won’t do them unless I’m in pain, but if I were in pain that would be bad so I’m not anticipating waiting until then.
