Second opinion? Those bony looking things near my lateral incisors.
Post Body

Oral surgeon said these were lingual cingulum of the teeth, but it feels like they’re starting to physically hit other teeth/the tooth itself? There’s no pain yet but I do feel pressure monetarily when swallowing sometimes. The hygienist said at first they looked like fractures, but the X-rays reviewed my jaw was intact and fine. Can these by surgically removed? (did have mild periodontitis that has since been treated and maintained)
