Hey y'all I'm in the process of applying to jobs and I applied for the front desk position at a few different dental practices where I live but I've been rejected/ didn't get an interview because I don't have any dental office experience. My friend said I should just say I have it because he does the same thing and he says it's not hard at all, just answering phone calls ,scheduling appointments , etc.
Is it really that difficult? Do I need to do some kind of course to learn the software before I apply. Should I lieπ (mostly jk about the lying)
