A coworker of mine had a customer on Friday. We can call my coworker Steve. Guy comes in driving an older model Porsche Cayenne. We will call him Dave. Dave gets out of the Porsche and he is wheelchair bound. Steve approaches him and Dave says he is looking to trade the Porsche and needs two cars. Dave says this will be a cash deal. They proceed to land on a in stock Rav4 and a incoming Corolla. They begin banging out the deal and Dave turns ball buster. He’s furious about the market adjustment. He’s negotiating hard. After some time they finally come to an agreement. Steve asks how he plans to pay for the cars, Cashiers check, etc. Dave says no problem, my father will be providing the funds. Steve says great, where is your father? Dave pauses, lowers his head, closes his eyes, clasps his hands together and says…. My father in heaven.
