How can I get a lower lease payment on this car?

First off I don’t actually know how to negotiate I price down. My usual strategy is go in, tell the dealer what I want and they crunch a price - but after that what leverage do I have to get the price down and what do I say to do that?
I’m looking for a Mazda CX-50 Turbo 36 month 15K miles $0 down and am getting quotes of $600 which not feasible as I am willing to pay in the $400’s.
How can I get it down?
