Installing a toilet in out building, does this plan look sound?
Post Body

Just got settled at a new property out in the woods, we have a detached bathroom without a toilet right above a septic pipe and want to add one. first picture is the current layout. There is already a hole where it looks like they had planned one, but the previous owners might have had to take it out to get everything permitted to sell the property. I'm not worried about it being completely perfect, just functional!

Thanks
