HVAC leaking water
Post Body

Last night I noticed some drips coming from behind my ac vent. I unscrewed the vent to take a look and saw that water was leaking from my unit down to the ac filter. I take the filter out and see it was pretty soaked but it was clogged with lots dust and dog hair. I turn the ac off so it could stop leaking but this morning I turned it back on and took the filter out to see if it would leak again. 10 min or so go by and not 1 drop happened. I went to the store to replace the filter so I'm hoping tonight that was the case. Has that happened to anyone else and could it have been leaking because how filthy and clogged my filter was? Thanks in advance for the help and tips btw.
