What is a kind but firm way to tell someone that you’re not interested in virtual/online- only relationship?

I have many ways I’ve done this, but they haven’t been satisfying or as effective as I’d like. This is in the realm of online dating. Men will post that they’re seeking a relationship, but often will not go beyond DMing.
