Asbestos plates outside apartmen?

Location: Zurich, Switzerland. House built approx 1700ish, renovated several times and already asbestos plate found behind an electric heater. Landlord basically already kicked me out bcs of an asbestos dispute (got fkd because the apartment was sublet to me and thus legal options are limited). If this is also asbestos it would explain his anger about me "finding" something. Interested because I would inform my successor living here if this might be hot.
